Access 2 Trade Careers in Administration
Able Skills is aware of the collapse of Access2tradecareers and we are offering our services as a Construction Training Provider to help those of you affected by their demise.
Able Skills are approved by City & Guilds, Construction Awards Alliance, EAL, NICEIC and CITB to provide accredited training in the following subjects:

If you are an ongoing Access 2 Trade Careers student and you would like to continue with your course, studies and exams, Able Skills are confident that we can pick up where you left off and help you finish what you have started. All course work, assessments and exams which you have already completed will not be wasted, we will take everything you have done into account and get you back on track with training for your new career.
Plumbing
We are aware that the ‘Plumbing’ qualification being offered at Access was in fact the C&G 6128 which is essentially a Heating & Ventilation qualification, suited to industrial and commercial heating. At Able Skills we provide the C&G 6129 which covers domestic plumbing and heating.
Electrical
Able Skills is accredited to offer training and assessment for both Electricians qualifications and Part P Domestic Installers qualifications. Effectively, Access2trade careers were charging extortionate amounts of money for basic Domestic Installer qualifications:

- City & Guilds 2382
- City & Guilds 2377
- City & Guilds 2392
- City & Guilds 2391

Able Skills price: £2500.00 including VAT
In addition, Able Skills can offer full blown Electricians qualifications, allowing you to work in Commercial and Industrial premises, with training and assessment in:
- C&G 2330 level 2
- C&G 2330 level 3
- C&G 2356 – NVQ level 3
Able Skills is not dependant on funding, we do not have ‘backers’, we are completely independent which is why what happened with Access will not happen to Able Skills. We have a fantastic reputation as a training provider because we are honest in our approach and take pride in all of the trade services we provide.
Able Skills is aware that Barclays Bank, who provided the loans to some students, are investigating the option of placing trainees at alternative, reliable training facilities like Able Skills.
