Able Skills 5 Day Introduction to Electrics Course
This course will provide you with the knowledge and practical skills to undertake an Electrical installation within a domestic dwelling
EAL VRQ level 2
This qualification will enable you to register onto a Part P scheme which in turn will enable you to self certificate electrical work undertaken within a domestic dwelling
City & Guilds 2382
This 3 day electrical training course will enable you to gain familiarity with the layout, content and application of the BS 7671 (2008) 17th Regulations Edition
City & Guilds 2392
This qualification has been developed to provide less experienced candidates with an introduction of how to inspect and test (conduct the initial verification) electrical installations
City & Guilds 2391
This is a 4 day course for practicing Electricians which is designed to prepare candidates for both the written and practical examinations. Candidates gain the skills and knowledge to actually perform the inspection and testing procedures and are able to practice on purpose-built training rigs which simulate electrical installations.

This scheme is designed to ensure that those responsible for the management of electrical equipment are familiar with the use of the IEE Code of Practice for in-service inspection and testing of electrical equipment.

An introduction to domestic Electrics which also provides you with a City & Guilds certificate which can be upgraded at any time should you be looking to work as a Multi Skilled trades person
City & Guilds 2330 level 2 (Full Time)
This qualification is the entry requirement to the Electrical industry for those of you looking to become qualified Electricians enabling you to undertake electrical work within Domestic, Industrial and Commercial premises.
City & Guilds 2330 level 2 (Weekends)
This qualification is the entry requirement to the Electrical industry for those of you looking to become qualified Electricians enabling you to undertake electrical work within Domestic, Industrial and Commercial premises. The weekend training option allows those in full time work to still have the opportunity to gain a new skill.
City & Guilds 2330 level 3
This is the natural progression from level 2 and is a requirement for any of you looking to move forward to obtaining an Electrical NVQ
City & Guilds 2356 level 3
Site based work assessment and portfolio building with support and guidance from Able Skills NVQ Assessors. A requirement for those looking to achieve JIB Gold Card status.
Achievement Measurement 2 (AM2)
This is an independent 3 day Practical Performance Assessment which is split into 4 sections comprising of a composite installation, an inspection and test of the installation, safe isolation procedures with a risk assessment and fault diagnosis and rectification.
City & Guilds 2372 – Photovoltaic
This course is for qualified, practicing electricians who will be required to install grid connected domestic photovoltaic systems that are either integrated into, or retro onto, a domestic dwelling.
