Britain's Top Tradesperson 2019 is on the horizon this September!
Screwfix's annual 'Tradesperson of the Year' is coming up in September and we are proud to say our very own Carpentry instructor Paul is in the running! Currently, in the semi-finals, we have had a photographer on behalf of Screwfix come into our centre today to take some snaps on our instructor in his natural environment, the carpentry workshop.
This is the competitions 10th year running and is set to come to an end and the winner will be announced in Farnborough during Screwfix Live! (27th - 29th September). The competition aims to celebrate the outstanding work and professionalism of UK tradespeople, a method of advertisement for Screwfix but also a great way to raise the awareness and award those working exceptionally hard in the industry.
Paul is hoping to take this year's prize, not just bragging rights... Screwfix is putting up £5,000 worth of tech, £5,000 in career-enhancing courses and £10,000 worth of credit to spend in any of Screwfix's stores.
