How does this course work?
As you know the skill itself, we aim to refresh your knowledge on the theoretical side of the trade - You will be provided with a 'Home-Study pack' which covers the individual theory units which are then assessed in centre by way of online multiple choice exams. You can study the materials that we provide you with for as long as you would like, make sure that you do not attend our centre until you feel confident that you understand everything provided. You will spend a total of 10-days / 2-weeks (Monday - Friday) at our facility, allocated by you, during which you will be completing tasks to prove that you have the practical ability and theory knowledge to achieve this level 2 qualification...You may want to be assessed for NVQ also, if this is the case, please see NVQ Level 2 Plumbing Assessments.
These qualifications are unit structured with:
- Practical Units: These are achieved by a mix of knowledge and practical activities in simulated conditions within the centre
- Knowledge Units: These units are assessed by multi-choice tests / assignments – undertaken in the training centre

You can also apply online, simply find the course you are looking for on our website and locate the green button 'Reserve Your Space' from there you will be shown the next available dates, select your start date and follow the instructions from there and you will be enrolled in to time! However, for this particular Level 2 Plumbing Course for Experienced Plumbers route you will need to either call or you can enroll onto any of our courses by coming into our office here in Dartford, Kent!

Note that to avoid any problems we require that people looking to take this courses have indeed spent time as a professional plumber, so we will require you to provide evidence to show that you have been undertaking a variety of plumbing work for a minimum of 3-years. This can be by way of employer references and witness testimonies etc. Also note that unlike the traditional course that we offer, you will need to being your own supplies, meaning candidates will need to bring their own tools with them to complete the practical tasks.
