How do these options work?
Our Home-Study electrician courses work by giving you the tools needed to learn the theory side of the trade before attending our centre in person to get to grips with the hands-on practical skills needed. Once booked, you'll receive all of the relevant City & Guilds test books as well as our specially crafted 'Home-Study pack' which again includes all of the relevant theory depending on which level of qualification you are studying, all of the necessary calculations, formulas, definitions and even some example questions so that you can test yourself as you study.
Additionally, we will give you the contact details of one of our electrical instructors who can provide some further advice if needed. As well as access to the online learning program Smartscreen. We recommend that you spend at least 6-weeks or so studying these materials provided. Once you feel confident that you have absorbed the information you can contact us to book the practical side of the course. This option is available for both our City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical courses and it a great way to kick start a career during these uncertain times.
