I felt fully prepared for my tasks and assessments and everything was explained thoroughly and nothing left to chance. Mark was always on hand for help and assistance. Unlike other training schemes, I have gained so much from this. The biggest factor was gaining confidence. To be taught by someone who is in and around the trade, and to be spoken to like one of the guys on site makes learning easy and fun. Will be back in the future!
