- Course Details
What You’ll Learn
The shorter courses can be done entirely using weekends and the domestic installer packages and qualification options at level 2 and level 3 can be completed at weekends, starting on a designated date and running for a designated period.
The qualification options will require a period towards the end of the course whereby you will be required to attend for a block period to undertake the larger, final assessments. These dates will be notified to you well in advance and it is unlikely that you will have to take more than 5 days off of work.
How You’ll Learn
It depends on the course that you are attending. The 17th Edition is entirely theory based, the PAT Testing is predominantly theory with some practical, the Inspection and Testing is initially theory based with practical assessments required at a later date.
Domestic Installer training packages are a mix of theory and practical as are the longer Electrician courses. There will always be exams and assessments to undertake.
Following a deposit for a course, any balance payable can be paid on the start date for short courses and spread over the period of the training for the qualification and package options.
