Able Skills are delighted to announce the launch of evening classes for the new C&G 2357 electrical course.Providing this electrical evening class will allow trainees to study the City and Guilds 2357-13 Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment outside of work hours.Allowing our students to train at their convenience is important to Able Skills and, as such, we plan to offer this electrical course over weekends as well as on a fast-track basis.A large number of further education colleges have been forced to scrap electrical courses due to budget cuts but Able Skills can now help those adults who are aiming to change career through evening classes. This 2357 course will be taught for two evenings each week and will take around two and a half years to complete, which is faster than it took to gain the previous technical levels 2 and 3 2330 certificates at further education colleges. The new C&G 2357 course will be the only recognised route into the electrical industry since replacing the 2330 course and is best suited to those who are new to the electrical industry.Trainees who have gained experience on the out-dated C&G 2330 and C&G 2356 electrical courses will also have to take the qualification in order to allow them to work on electrical installations. This course will provide all the necessary knowledge, practical skills and science required for domestic and commercial electrical installation work.We are proud to be the first training provider to publish their course structure and because we are not reliant on government funding we can provide start dates which run throughout the year. Please see our course details page for a complete run down of the units you will cover and the training pattern which we have developed.
