We are proud of the training courses that we provide here at Able Skills. Electrician courses are some of our most popular training options. We host a whole range of courses whether you are a complete beginner in the trade or you are a working electrician looking to add more advanced skills to your arsenal, we have the training for you! Our instructors are experts in the trade and will be there to guide you the entire way through a mix of both classroom-based theory and hands-on practical training...
As you can see in the video above students on these electrician courses will have their own space or workstation to learn and develop within. We believe that the best way to learn is to get stuck in, which is why our training has a heavy focus on gaining hands-on practical experience accompanied by classroom-based theory sessions, during which you'll learn the science behind electrical installations. This week is no different as our City & Guilds Level 2 group gain some valuable experience carry out fundamental electrical tasks.
We are still being conscious of the ongoing pandemic here at the centre, with reduced class sizes and many other measures we plan to be as reliable and as safe as possible for all of our students and staff members. Other changes include individual workstations, whereas before they were set-up for two students to work together, additionally, we have separated equipment to ensure that students are not sharing anything. We have also placed hand sanitiser stations in every unit as well as free face masks. We are also now giving out our own Able Skills face coverings to those on full-time courses.

We are open 7-days a week between the hours of 8:30 - 16:30!
Live too far away? If you live a considerable distance from our training centre then you should know that we have our own accommodation available exclusively for our students. Our accommodation is located just a short walking distance from our centre and can be booked for the reasonable price of just £20 per night! - If you are interested make sure to contact us ahead of your courses' starting date as spaces are limited!
