Coventry is set to hold the National Painting and Decorating Show this year, which may inspire people to sign up to decorating courses in the surrounding area.
Due to be held in the Ricoh Arena on November 9th and 10th, the event will showcase a wide range of products, as well as demonstrations of new techniques and tips that could help individuals carry out home improvements.
Workers who have taken professional decorating courses could also benefit from the occasion, since there will be trade information about news regarding sustainability and environmental legislation.
According to the organisers, the show enjoyed record attendance figures in 2009 and are expecting this year to be a success as well, with a range of exhibitors due to attend, including the Health and Safety Executive.
They added: "This is the biggest annual event in the UK painting and decorating industry and one you really can't afford to miss if you use, stock or specify decorating materials and systems."
