The west London programme will comprise of 275,000 sq ft of office accommodation and is to be constructed speculatively.

There are also further plans for two new buildings situated at Paddington Corner and Five Kingdom Street, which could both present further opportunities for people on electrical courses in the future.

Development Securities noted that there are better opportunities for growth in the London region.
