We have three Domestic Installer packages at Able Skills that provide you with the skills and qualifications to complete domestic electrical work in peoples homes and a knowledge of the Part P of the building regulations. Our domestic electrical courses have grown in demand and become very popular.

The three packages start with a 10 day basic domestic electrics course, where you will learn the basics to domestic electrical installations and house wiring.

All the packages will then move onto the 17th Edition qualification which is a three day course with a two hour multiple choice exam on the final day.

Then, in the same week, you will complete a two day PAT Testing course that has an online exam on the final day.

Also, the three packages also include the five day EAL Initial Verification course. This courses provides our students with the skills they need to undertake initial verification and commissioning. This Level 3 award will give the students a chance to develop and enhance the skills they have in inspection and testing of single and three phase low voltage installations.
