Electrical Home Study is a fantastic flexible training option when it comes to changing your career. We understand that taking seven weeks out of work is a big ask and not everyone is able to do it. Therefore, we started with the home study option because it offers the flexibility for you to continue working whilst gaining your qualification in your own time.
This course is completed at your own pace and on a pay as you go basis. It can be fitted in around your normal working life, allowing you the benefit of re-training to change your career. We offer the home study option for both our Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Courses. This allows you to achieve the qualifications needed to take on your new career.
You may be asking yourself, how can you achieve a qualification on your own?
This structure of learning is built so you complete all the theory work at home in your own time and then you come into our training centre to complete four weeks of practical training. Due to the flexibility this course offers, you can split the four weeks up into one week blocks to help it fit in with your diary.
Due to the flexibility of this training option, here at Able Skills we have seen a massive increase of students opting for the electrical home study to achieve their qualifications. With it allowing them to work and train at the same time has proved to be extremely popular.
However, this has meant the availability for dates to come and complete your practical training have been very tight. This has meant we are now dedicating more instructors to the home study course and dates will be running more regular to handle the demand for the home study electrical course.
All books and tools are provided on the course, along with all reading materials. We have a fantastic team of electrical instructors here at Able Skills that work extremely hard to make sure every student gets the best training possible.
Once all the Level 2 & 3 courses are completed students are coming to our centre to complete all their testing qualifications with us as they begin their new careers.
