Over the past few years Gas Safe have been cracking down on people completing gas work without the proper training and qualifications. Doing this is illegal and could leave you with a hefty fine and even a jail sentence. Gas work can be extremely dangerous and can cause fires, explosions, carbon monoxide poisoning and is a danger to life. Therefore, it is so important to be trained and qualified as a Gas Engineer before you complete any gas work.

Making sure our gas courses are run to the right standard means our students are well trained to safely and correctly go out and complete gas work in people’s homes. Just because you are a Plumber it does not mean you can carry out gas work. Completing gas work without the right qualifications and training you could potentially be putting people’s lives at risk.

Gas work being completed incorrectly can have serious consequences. People illegally carrying out gas work can be jailed for doing so. However, more importantly it is putting people’s lives at risk in their own homes. Unsafe gas work can cause gas leaks, carbon monoxide poisoning, fires and explosions.

Our gas courses have changed throughout the years to make sure they meet the standards of the industry and to ensure every single student gets the right training. We offer a variation of gas courses, from a New Entrants Gas Course to a Qualified Plumber Gas Course. This allows qualified Plumbers and new entrants to take the package that will adjust to their learning the best. We are very passionate in making sure every student is taught the right way and to carry out gas work safely and when qualified.
