If you are someone who is new to the industry and are looking to take your first steps towards becoming a qualified Plumber then our City & Guilds Level 2 Plumbing Qualification would be the ideal starting block. This course is perfect for those who do not currently work within the industry as it will teach you the basic skills and knowledge that all modern Plumbers should have, this is what makes this course such a good starting point. This course is delivered through a mix of practical and theory classes and you will then be asked to complete both online exams as well as practical assessments. Upon completion of this, you will then be able to sign on to our NVQ Level 2 Plumbing Assessment, if you are yet to achieve your NVQ in Plumbing then Able Skills is here to help! We have our assessors in place who can visit your workplace and establish how competent you are, as well as providing you with guidance on your portfolio completion and assist you on your way to achieving a Plumbing NVQ which is a requirement for many worksites in the UK.
We do also offer select Plumbing Courses in a Home-Study option, this means that you will be sent an Able Skill pack with all the theory work that you need to understand and be confident with before you book some weeks in with us to come and complete your practical tasks under the watchful eye of our experienced instructors who will be able to help you through the course.
