18th Edition is obviously something that everybody working with electrics needs to be aware of. Having familiarity with the 17th Edition is not enough you need to update your knowledge as some major changes have come with the latest version of the wiring regulations! We also offer a 1-day refresher course or 18th Edition Update Course for those of you that are familiar with the older wiring regulations - 17th edition. This one-day course will cover the changes introduced by the 18th Edition followed by practice questions and then the full 60-question on-line exam that will need to be completed in our exam room here at our centre!
This option takes the hassle away from travelling to our centre and also allows you to learn in an environment that you feel comfortable in. Remember, do not ignore the 18th edition, because it will come back to bite you! You cannot carry out any electrical installations without having knowledge of the latest wiring regulations under your belt. If you do carry out work without completing this course you could be subject to fines...This goes for commercial as well as domestic electrical work.
