Here at Able Skills we understand that not everybody who is seeking training has the time to commit to one of our 6-week plumbing courses...Especially in this day and age where there is so much going on it can be hard to commit, plus you may already have an existing job that you cannot take time away from to trade for a new career! So, we devised some alternative training method for those with limited time on their hands...One of which is weekend training! We currently have 3-spaces open for this weekend course starting 29th August 2020! The best way to start out in terms of training towards becoming a professional in this trade is our City & Guilds Level 2 Plumbing Course this is the perfect starting point for somebody looking to start working as a plumber. Taking this course on a 'Part-time' basis is no different than taking the course regularly apart from the fact that it will take you a considerable longer time to complete. You will receive the exact same training, City & Guilds qualification and so on. The part-time basis will be on a 2-weekends on 2-weekends off system, meaning that you will attend Able Skills for 2-weekends a month, every month until completion.

 

What's involved within this course?

 

This City & Guilds Level 2 Plumbing Course is taught by our experienced instructors who know exactly how to pass on their knowledge to our students after working out in the industry for many years and now teaching here, they understand how to educate people on this topic, the course will start with the basics and move on to some more advanced aspects all the while making sure that you understand the theory behind what you are doing...The course will provide you with a range of plumbing skills covering various topics including Electrical principles and processes, Common plumbing processes, Cold water systems, Domestic hot water systems, Sanitation, Central heating systems, Drainage systems and more.
