Changes to Part L of the Building Regulations means that plumbers will no longer be able to specify B-rated condensing boilers from October 1 onwards. It is therefore, being recommended that installers of SEDBUK Band B boilers should urgently seek advice.However, installers can continue to fit Band B boilers until April 2011 - but only if the order was taken before October 1, 2010.
