Plumbers are needed across building sites in 2018!

It has been a well-known fact that for the past few years there has been a huge demand for Qualified Plumbers across the UK. This looks to continue into 2018 as more housebuilding is looking to go ahead meaning more workers needed.

We see this a perfect opportunity for new career seekers to get cracking with a new career in the plumbing industry. Our City & Guilds Level 2 Plumbing course is an extremely popular route for our students to get going with their new careers. It is the ideal starting point for all our students to kick start their new careers as Plumbers. This six-week course is a mixture of theory and practical training, along with several online exams and practical assessments.

Many of our students that decide to take this course will eventually make the natural progression into their gas training. Some will do it straight away, however, some will go out and work before they come back and complete their gas training.

As it has been said many times, Plumbers are needed on building sites across the UK. With the most recent 2017 Budget, it was stated that there would be a bigger push in training tradesmen/women and this included Plumbers.

Here at Able Skills we offer a fantastic training environment with great course material and instructors that have years’ worth of experience between them.  This allows our students to get the best possible training and gives them the best start in their new careers.

Our next available start date is Monday 5th February 2018. This is an extra date that we have added into the diary as the demand for this course was huge. However, it is filling up fast and is proving so be a popular date, so book now to avoid missing out.

Contact us today on 0808 100 3245 for bookings and more information on our plumbing courses. We also welcome visitors to our centre at anytime between 8:30am and 4:30pm.
