As we slowly get our training centre up and running, we are looking to the future and adding new dates for various courses, including our NVQ Plumbing profiling sessions!

We have scheduled in two profiling sessions for our Plumbing NVQ for Saturday 13th June. To be able to get onto the NVQ you will need to hold a current City & Guilds Level 2 Plumbing Qualification.

Are you an experienced plumber?

Here at Able Skills, we have plumbing assessors in place to help you secure yourself this all-important qualification. A National Vocational Qualification is a requirement on most construction sites across the UK! We offer NVQ Level 2 Plumbing Assessments to working plumbers that have yet to achieve this award. This is not a training course or like our plumbing courses of any kind, this is simply an assessment process.

The NVQ in Plumbing will include a profiling session in centre with one of our asessors, followed by a completion of a portfolio of work evidence. Along with this, each student will need to be assessed on-site at least twice by one of our NVQ assessors.

Without an NVQ, you will be unable to obtain a CSCS Skilled workers card, and this is the only way to gain access onto a building site in the UK as a Plumber.

If you are just starting out in the industry, we offer the courses that can take you from the very start to becoming fully qualified as a Plumber. We have full-time and weekend course options that allow flexible learning and payment options, as well as our Home Study package that offers the most flexibility.
