A construction source has suggested that tiles are very much in fashion currently, which suggests that technicians in the industry could benefit from tiling courses.
Simon Errill, managing director of Stonehouse Tiles, pointed out that no two natural tiles are the same, which makes each area created with such materials "unique".
In his view, the use of natural materials in the home is "on-trend" currently, which means that construction workers may need to take tiling courses to complete certain jobs.
"Natural stone tile floors and worktops are timeless, beautiful and distinctive and there are a wealth of materials available to suit every taste," said Mr Errill.
He pointed out that tiles are also very hygienic and hardwearing, which he suggested is a huge benefit for people who have children.
