Tradesmen who have attended plumbing courses may find their skills are in demand on a new office complex known as Velocity being constructed in Weybridge, Surrey.

The project is led by Rockspring and Exton Estates, with the scheme expected to be completed by next autumn after having received planning permission.

Engineers who have taken plumbing courses could be called in soon, as construction is due to begin shortly.

Stuart Bedford, a representative from Exton, highlighted the "striking architecture" and high specifications of the five-storey building.

He added: "Rockspring and Exton are delighted to have secured planning permission on what we believe will be one of the most exciting office developments in the south-east."
