What our students thought about their 18th Edition Electrical courses!

Here at our training centre we have now been back since the end of August providing a high-quality of electrical training courses, with social distancing measures in place. As a place the provides adult education we will be continuing to operate during the upcoming lockdown coming into effect from November 5th. When it comes to electrical training all students will eventually be looking to gain some familiarity with the 18th Edition also known as the newest version of the wiring regulations. All those working with electrical installations will need a good working knowledge of these guidelines to ensure they are working safely at industry standard. If you are training to become an electrician and or you are in need of some training on this topic, we offer a 3-day 18th edition course that will look to give you familiarity with the layout and an understanding of the real-life application of these regulations. Let's take a look at how to get involved with course and what some of our recent students had to say...

Student Feedback:

"I recently sat my electrical 18th edition regulations exam at able skills. I attended a three day course, where I developed my skills with the help of my teacher. The delivery of the course and the tips and information the teacher shared was excellent. With the tips and his knowledge he helped develop my skills and the day of the exam I felt prepared and ready. I’ve done two course at able skills now and would highly recommend them to anyone, the whole set up from top to bottom was outstanding. I will continue to attend for future courses." - T Fulton

"The course was great, great instructor, he explained the information very well and was helpful throughout the course. I have definitely progressed well during this short course. Honestly my experience was better than expected! Good value for money, I highly recommend." - D Clark

"I found the training centre after a Google search and saw that they had dates available that suited me and the price was good. The course in the end was great, all the content was good and I felt myself progressing and learning on the course. Steve Briggs was great at explaining everything and I would definitely attend further courses with you in the future." - G Chau

"Steve is a very competent professional, he is really smart and helpful. I found the training centre online and decided to take the course here because of the location and competitive price. The course was value for money and for sure beat my expectations. I would personally train here again and I would recommend Able Skills to anybody who is in need of electrical training courses." - J Gardner

"I really was worried about this course it seemed like a lot to learn in such a short space of time but it become clear that the instructor has been teaching this topic often and has put together a schedule that works through everything at a good pace and in a manner that isn't difficult to understand. I would recommend this training centre to anybody who is in need of 18th edition training and other electrical qualifications. I will be taking all my future training at this centre as my experience here was exactly what I want to get from a training provider. I'm looking to take my City & Guilds Level 3 course here as soon as possible." - S Knightsbridge

"I was recommended this place from a friend and so far I have done all of my training here including the 18th edition course. I didn't know what to expect from this 3-day course, however, the instructor clearly has a structured plan, the teaching was outstanding and I felt confident going into the exam, what more could you ask for? Great place to train and the courses are good value for money!" - T Hill
