What is Inspection and Testing?

Inspection and Testing is the process of, first, inspection and then testing whether or not an electrical installation is working as it should be. Within BS 7671, Regulation 610.1 states that "every installation shall, during erection and on completion before being put into service be inspected and tested to verify, so far as reasonably practicable, that the requirements of the regulations have been met." This process a very essential skill and qualification to have for anyone undertaking electrical installations.

Level 2 Award in Inspection and Testing:

This Level 2 Award in Inspection and Testing aims to give you a good understanding of the subject. The instructor will go through everything that you will be expected to know about Inspection and Testing on both new and existing installations through mostly clasroom-based theory learning though things like handouts and powerpoints, however, they are happy to answer questions over the 6-days at any time, they have an expert level of knowledge on this topic and the trade of electrics overall.
