18th Edition Electrical courses in November!

We have spaces available starting on the 26th of October  & the 9th of November This course is completely classroom-based and focuses on helping you to find the relevant information in the 18th Edition book itself and definitions, what the terms mean and how these guidelines can be applied out on the job. Our instructors understand the regulations from front to back and know what goes into gaining a solid understanding of the latest wiring regulations not just to gain the certificate but also so that you can use these lessons to remain safe out in the industry.

Who needs to know these regulations?

The wiring regulations are in place to create a national standard for installations. This outline of safety precautions is not just specifically for electricians and only electricians. Gaining a solid understanding of how to carry out electrical installations safely and with informed caution should be known by anybody who interacts with electrical installation in their work. This is not a legal requirement, but as this standard is recognised as the most thorough and is published by the UK’s highest governing body in terms of electrical installation, The Institution of Engineering and Technology, it is seen as mandatory to preserve a standard that everybody should be aiming to meet.
