Electrician courses back in action here at our centre!

These are strange times, the pandemic put a halt on all of our electrician courses here at Able Skills but during the past few weeks we have been getting students back on the path towards their qualifications. This week we have had a group of City & Guilds Level 2 Electricians taking on some practical work at a social distance. If you've trained with us before you will notice that the bays are now for individuals and that all of the tools and equipment students could need is situated within the bay instead of a communal area. We have made many changes and are trying to ensure we provide a safe and controlled place for people to gain new skills and opportunities.

These are not the only changes to the centre. We have marked areas to ensure people keep their distance from one another, we are cleaning and fogging the whole centre on a very regular basis, we have PPE available and so on. We take this pandemic seriously but also don't want to slow down the process for our students. It is important that we continue to produce quality electricians. We do not want to be a part of spreading the virus in any way and we are doing our best to ensure this is not the case. Our electrician courses are a safe space to gain valuable skills and knowledge.
