Here at Able Skills, we know that for some people it is impossible to commit to a full-time course Monday - Friday. That is why we have devised some alternative training methods including our part-time option which is available for a number of different courses. Hopefully, the ability to train on the weekend means that some individuals will have access to quality training such as; plumbing, electrical and gas courses!

For example, our most popular course packages the New Entrant Gas Training Package 2 can be taken over a series of weekends on a 2 weekends on, 2 weekends off basis. You will achieve the same level of qualification as students on the full-time option, the only difference is the length of time it will take you to complete the course in its entirety. If you are looking to become a professional Gas Engineer then this is the package for you - This package of gas training, portfolio placement and ACS assessment is for New Entrants looking to access the gas industry and is aimed particularly at those who do not have a comprehensive background with regards to pipe-work.
Another example of an entry-level course that can be taken on a part-time basis would be our ever-popular Gold Card Approved Electrician package! This is the ultimate package when looking to become a full-qualified electrician, and yes it can be taken on a weekend basis! Almost everything that is available at Able Skills from an electrical point of view has been put into this package which exceeds the requirements of a JIB Gold Card. This electrical course is a no brainer for a potential candidate, gaining teaching on a variety of subjects at a discounted price compared to taking these courses included individually.
