Our plastering courses are the perfect starting point for anyone looking get into the industry and here is why you should choose to train with Able Skills for your plastering courses:

Well Established Centre

We are a well-established training centre within the industry and we like to think plastering is one of our strongest areas. We have been offering plastering courses since day one and we have had hundreds of students come to our centre as they change their careers. Many students stay in touch and show us the success they achieve after leaving us and recommend our plastering courses to friends and family.

Experienced Instructors

Our plastering instructors here at Able Skills have both been with us for over 10 years and have even more years’ experience in the trade. Spencer has been working as a Plasterer all his life and has been teaching for a long time, helping lots of students get the qualifications and skills they need. Jo comes from a family of Plasterers and has years’ worth of experience both working and teaching in the trade. They have been with us for many years and work fantastically as a team together and work tirelessly to give the best possible training to each and every student.

City & Guilds Qualifications

When training towards a new career it is vital that you get the right qualifications that will get you started into the right job to enable you to progress. We are a City & Guilds Approved Centre and have been offering City & Guilds Plastering qualifications for many years. City & Guilds qualifications are well recognised across the industry and are also recognised worldwide. Many companies will ask that you have a City & Guilds qualification and an NVQ, which can also be achieved at Able Skills.

High Quality Training Facilities

Our training facilities are top of the range and they are purpose built to give every student the skills they need to tackle any task that may creep up on them in the industry. We are always looking to improve and update our facilities to give our students the best training experience, with a new room built recently for our new City & Guilds Accredited course.

Flexible Training

A massive reason our plastering courses are so popular is due to flexibility our courses offer. 6/8 weeks off work to train isn’t always realistic for some people. Our plastering courses allow our students to break up their course into one-week blocks to fit around their diary. Also, without doubt the most popular flexible option about our courses is the weekend training we offer. Weekend plastering courses allow our students to fit their training around their working lives and not effect their annual leave and pay.
