Dry Lining for NVQ Assessment from Able Skills
Student progression at Able Skills is very important and as a leading training provider, we are continually moving forward and looking to be able to deliver training and/or qualifications in every Construction subject.
We would like to warn potential Dry Liners of the training centres throughout the UK who mislead individuals about the correct procedure and timings of gaining an NVQ. Promises of NVQs within 10 – 15 days are readily available on the internet but be aware, this is not possible.
NVQ: Dry Lining (Interior Systems)
As proof of progression, we have now opened a new training centre where we will be delivering training in Dry Lining and Metal Stud Partitioning.
Dry Lining is a relatively new subject in which you can gain an NVQ.
As an approved NVQ Assessment centre we have systems in place to ensure that all levels of training are to an incredibly high standard. We are confident that our level of training can lead to work within the industry which in turn can lead to NVQ achievement.
We have structured our Dry lining courses based on NVQ units and the training undertaken at Able Skills can be used as evidence towards VR129: VR130: VR131
A requirement for site work by 2010 is for individuals to have obtained NVQs or be working towards NVQs. In order for you to be able to continue in the construction industry by 2010, we will provide you with the training, skills and knowledge required to enter the industry and as you progress in your trade as a dry liner, you can then look to being assessed for the purposes of NVQ. All Able Skills Dry Lining instructors are approved NVQ Assessors.
Dry lining is growing in popularity at a remarkable rate and the demand for trained, skilled dry liners is on the increase. We aim to help fill the gap in the industry by providing these dry lining and metal stud partitioning training courses.
We are keen to help and guide all individuals on the right path and offer support along the way. We will provide the same quality of training regardless of the length of time you spend with us.
