Renewable energy is the big thing when it comes to industries that are moving forward at a rapid pace.  US President Obama recently made a speech saying: “energy efficiency and clean energy are the right thing to do for our future - because the nation that leads the clean energy economy will be the nation that leads the global economy." David Cameron, the British Prime Minister, has pledged to make the current government the greenest ever, so the time could not be better to undertake one of the many renewable energy courses available and get your foot in an employment sector which is about to explode.

According to research conducted by the Renewable Energy Association, renewable energy consumption is up an impressive 3.3 per cent and this only looks set to rise. This increase has taken it past the 15 per cent mark for the first time and the association commented, in its report that the industry has consistently shown that, given the right support, it can gear up rapidly and rise to the challenge.

With a recent Sunday Times survey showing that 76 per cent of people believe that the government should be seeking to use more solar power, taking solar PV courses could be the perfect way to move into the industry in time for the investment that is sure to come in the very near future.
