EH Smith will launch a new side to its business operations on Monday (March 21st) that could inspire technicians who have completed plumbing courses to check out the outlet.
The builders merchant, part of the CEMCO group, is set to begin selling plumbing and heating products and will offer a variety of freebies and special offers during the opening week.
Nick Perks, branch manager at the company's Longbridge shop, told the Builders Merchant Journal that he wants people from the local community to turn out to see the changes at the outlet.
Technicians with plumbing course qualifications may be tempted to visit the retailer to check out their supplies, or simply to enjoy free bacon butties, reported the publication.
He told the news provider: "There'll be something for everyone who visits the launch week.
"The plumbing and heating manufacturers have been especially brilliant in helping us with one-off special offers and giveaways."
Up until now, EH Smith has focused on selling general building, paving, landscaping, timber, masonry and civil engineering products among other items.
