No problems at booking all explained and clear, costs transparent with no hidden nasties. payments made on the day quickly in a very friendly manner. The course was well presented in a way that us complete beginners could understand and mistakes explained and ironed out as we went along. Tutor was obviously experienced and put across the various techniques we required with patience in a friendly manner.
