If you want to learn to be a plumber, but your lifestyle, commitments or existing job doesn’t allow you to commit to full-time training and learning then maybe this Home-Study option is the answer? We have put together an alternative method of learning that hopefully allows busy people the chance to gain quality plumbing training, qualification and the ability to begin a career in the trade!
City & Guilds Accredited Plumbing Courses
How does it work?
Well it works in the way it sounds 'Home-study' you will learn all of the theory in the comfort of your own home or wherever you prefer - you can take as much time as you need, do not think that you need to rush, take your time, make sure that you feel confident about your knowledge. We will provide you with a learning pack which will include all the materials you will need to study. This goes without saying but you will need to come to our centre to learn the practical aspects and complete assessments, but be sure to take your time - when you are ready to tackle the exams and the practical tasks, you can call and book your training slots with us. You are allocated 20 days to achieve this qualification and you can do this during the week, Monday to Friday, breaking the time up into 4 separate weekly slots to suit you!
Is the qualification the same?
Yes! of course, it is...you will receive the exact same level of qualification you would achieve if you took a City & Guilds Level 2 Plumbing Course. The only difference is that you will take the theory part in your own hands! Obviously this can be a more difficult method of learning as you don't have the assistance of our instructors that is why we recommend spending as much time as you can studying the provided materials
