We run a whole host of very popular Plumbing and Gas Courses here at our centre in Dartford. Here is the job description for this role:
Able Skills is a private training centre based in Dartford in Kent. We are currently seeking a new member of staff to join our team of Plumbing and Gas instructors and assessors.
Able Skills is seeking an individual who has a comprehensive background in teaching both plumbing and gas. The role will be a varied one, there will be times when you will be required to teach a group studying for 6035-02, there will be times when the teaching will be with students who are with us for a short period of time, maybe on their home study version of the 6035 or just on a 5 day DIY course. From a gas point of view, we are Bpec accredited and we deliver the Bpec Managed Learning programme to both qualified plumbers and new entrants to the industry. We also provide both initial and re-assessment for ACS. Our current team are all able to deliver across all aspects of what we do here and we now need an additional member of the team so that we can meet the demand that we have.
The position is full time and we require any potential candidate to hold an Assessor (A1) Award. Having Internal Verifier (V1) is not mandatory but is desirable.
