The father of a young man who took a plumbing course has spoken of his pride in the work his son is carrying out in his local neighbourhood.

Daniel Marshall is working with Bramall Construction to upgrade kitchens, bathrooms and heating systems in the Greater Manchester area and it has made his dad Ron very happy, according to 24dash.com.

The news resource revealed the 18-year-old is taking plumbing courses at a local college and is hoping to fully qualify by summer 2012.

"We are always being approached by them telling us what a great job Daniel's done, we are so proud," Ron was quoted as saying.

He went on to say that he hopes his son's career blossoms with the help of Bramall Construction.

Last month, Pimlico Plumbers founder Charlie Mullins highlighted how he puts his reputation on the line when he hires a new tradesman, which is why they must meet high standards to deserve the job.
