If you have some experience behind you or you are simply certain you want to train towards becoming a professional in electrics then you should jump straight into our City & Guilds Level 2 qualification! Luckily for you, if this is something you are looking to achieve, here at Able Skills we offer an electrical training package that includes every single qualification you need to achieve this including;

So, in total, our Gold Card Approved Electrician Package will be around 16-weeks of training. Alternative training methods:

We understand that not everybody has the time to commit to a 16-week long training program...Which is why we offer a few alternative training options for those who are strapped for time, have an existing job, family commitment and so on. Firstly, we'd like to mention the ability to take on any of our electrician courses on a weekend-basis! Learning that exact same skills just on the weekend, allowing you to train towards a new career whilst currently employed.

Home-Study options?

We also offer 'Home-study' options which allow you to get started in the comfort of your own home. For example, we offer a 'Home-Study' option for both our City & Guilds Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical courses. You'll be provided with a 'Home-study' pack that includes all of the theory for the qualification. Once you are confident that you have understood the theory provided then you will need to book time in our training centre to learn the practical side of the trade and to complete assessments. By undertaking this ‘Home Study’ electrical course, you are effectively replacing your access to an instructor in a classroom environment with a home learning theory pack. As this is the case, we have put together very comprehensive study packs to ‘replace the tutor’ allowing you to study your electrician course at home.
